The revenant, Alejandro González Iñárritu, USA, 2015
Original version in English with Spanish subtitles

In 1823, the explorer Hugh Glass and his half-Indian son, Hawk, are leading a pelt-gathering expedition through the uncharted American wilderness. Glass is horribly wounded in a bear attack and is finally abandoned. Armed with only will-power, he must survive the harsh winter and the danger of warring native tribes in his relentless quest for vengeance.
